My approach is warm, collaborative, and relational. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel understood, supported, and safe enough to explore the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or misunderstood. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or the transition to parenthood, therapy can help you move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.
